The move will be complete, our new granddaughter will have made her arrival and Grammy can settle in for lots and lots of writing.Mindy Obenhaushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15049730175697756032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-60827096345398842872017-11-21T10:43:57.488-05:002017-11-21T10:43:57.488-05:00BOOKS!!!!! That would be 281 which means I'm 19 away from my 300 books read GoodReads goal so it's definitely doable. And The Deputy's Holiday Family is one of them!

Happy Thanksgiving, Mindy! And a gorgeous setting for your ranch and new home.

I'm so very thankful for my family and really looking forward to everyone being home. As my son once said at the holidays, "Mom, you're happiest when all your chicks are home." He's so right! :)

I'm also very thankful that life has been settling down a bit in the last month. God has definitely given this girl the desires of her heart.
Your word GRATEFUL is a great reminder to praise God from Whom ALL blessings flow. I've been around long enough to recognize that sometimes blessings don't come in pretty packaging. Instead, they're disguised at hardships or heartache. But the joy of being able to look back later and see God's hand at work in our lives through those troubles gives us the assurance that He is always at work on our behalf.Mindy Obenhaushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15049730175697756032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-41677449532999923712017-11-21T08:04:38.697-05:002017-11-21T08:04:38.697-05:00Congratulations on your book release!!! God and all He encompasses tops the list...once you start opening that package, it's hard to stop.

My word for the year is "gratitude." It's been an up and down year, but choosing to look at every event through that word has been humbling, and very good.

And I love those grand babies of yours! I’m thankful for Jesus, because without Him, I would have nothing. Honestly, I can’t imagine going through this life without Him. I know those hard times you mentioned. Without God, I’m not sure I would have made it through. He sustains me.Mindy Obenhaushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15049730175697756032noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-50962675016332687342017-11-21T06:56:22.275-05:002017-11-21T06:56:22.275-05:00So much wonderful to be thankful for, my friend!
