But not taking chocolate drinks a day is a sad one. I love chocolate drinks more than coffee.ISOcampus.com ISO 22000http://www.isocampus.com/iso-22000-training-online-courses/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-4335648894688484512012-05-02T21:10:05.069-04:002012-05-02T21:10:05.069-04:00Yeah, Mary. But I think now you can ask for FF milk or decaff coffee. Not sure about the sugar though.Missy Tippenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05480008023330542958noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-47121035641388909142012-05-02T20:39:49.481-04:002012-05-02T20:39:49.481-04:00I LUV chick fil a diet lemonade! susannaI LUV chick fil a diet lemonade! susannaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-52774004330673394802012-05-02T20:38:57.802-04:002012-05-02T20:38:57.802-04:00me too! Frankly, I find the drinks too sweet so I ask how many pumps of syrup (usually 4) and have them halve it or stick with just 1 pump. I generally skip the whipped cream but if I want it for flavor, I tell them just a drizzle. Starbucks typically uses 2% milk but you can ask for fat free.Mary Curryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04173540875518117671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7945786327884906788.post-17984152788016353262012-05-02T13:02:34.837-04:002012-05-02T13:02:34.837-04:00Ditto what Ruthy said, Mindy! I add at least an extra teaspoon of cocoa powder whenever I make hot chocolate. (but plain cocoa powder doesn't add calories or fat!).

If I want to add more sweetener, though, my go-to non-calorie sweetener is Stevia. It's fantastic. No chemicals, so no chemical taste. All natural, and very sweet. To start out, you can use a Stevia blend like Truvia.

I haven't found a substitute for cream, though.
